Lawrence Richard Salais of New Braunfels, Texas passed away from pancreatic and liver cancer on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at the age of 50. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 17, 1966. Lawrence loved to play golf, cycling, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother figures; mother, Santos Salais, grandmother, Julia Salais, and his Aunt Lydia Salais.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Angelica Flores-Salais; son, Michael Matthew Maldonado; daughter, Madison Margaret Salais; father, Fideo Salais Jr. and wife Isabel; sister, Patricia Crow and husband David; father-in-law, George Flores Sr.; mother-in-law, Margaret Flores; sister-in-law, Barbara Fuentes and husband Mario; brother-in-law, George Flores Jr. and wife Sheri; nephews, Isaac and Joshua Fuentes; nieces, Autumn and Amelia Flores; and many wonderful close friends. Pallbearers will be George Flores, David Crow, Donald Salais, Jason Rusick, Brian Webber, Mario Fuentes, Jimmy Flores, Gary Machado, Pete Quintero, and Jimmy "LJ" Flores
Larry will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. He fought a good fight until the very end and as his reward is he is now in Heaven.
A Visitation will be will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 5-9pm at Zoeller Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 10 am at Zoeller Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
